We purchased our 2018 Jayco in Jan.2018. We had some bad problems
when traveling with it. When we returned home, we took it to Rick's RV to be fixed or replaced. That was when the first time we met Diane Norton. She was spectacular & informative about the problems & explained in detail how our unit would be cared for. The TV antenna had actually blown off the top of the Jayco when we were traveling & service tech Ricky handled all 6 repairs very well from that trip. On our next trip with our camper came up with 5 more repairs & was handled perfectly by Diane & service tech Pat. We highly recommend purchasing your RV from RICK's RV CENTER, this was our second new camper purchased because we went to a larger one with a slideout.
